Permatex® Marine H2 Hold Epoxy bonds underwater applications without breaking and can be used above and below the water line. This industrial strength waterproof epoxy is ideal for surfaces exposed to salt or freshwater including portable water tanks, metal fuel tanks, drains, boats and more. Can be used for wet-bonding of ABS, PVC, flexible PVC, CRS, composites, wood and cement. Sticks and cures underwater with a flexible bond that bends without breaking. (Will not bond polyethylene and polypropylene).
