Magnetic Ring for GCN-MEPMAGKT Gas-Actuated Fastening Tool

The Simpson Strong-Tie® GMR-2 magnetic ring is designed to hold GWL lathing washers to the nose of the GCN-MEPMAGKT tool. This magnetic ring and the lathing washer are used together with the gas-actuated concrete nailing (GCN) tool to attach lath to the wall surface for overlaying scratch coats, brown coats and stucco. Once the washers are in place on the GCN tool tip with the magnetic ring, the washers attach to the concrete or CMU substrate with gas-driven pins (GDP), which fasten through the washer.
